This Month’s Park Upgrades Are Here!
Back in our last update, we gave you a sneak peek at some of the projects we had in the works. We’re excited to share that a couple of them are officially underway this month, with more on the way!
Fresh, Compacted Gravel on the Mobile Home Side
As promised, we brought in fresh gravel for the driveways on the mobile home side of the park, and it has now been laid and compacted for our residents. We hope everyone is enjoying it! This upgrade is all about making everyday life a little easier — smoother parking, better drainage, and a big help in keeping weeds, dust, and dirt under control as we head into the drier months.
Thank you to our mobile home residents for your patience while the work was underway. Taking care of the little details like this is part of our ongoing commitment to keeping Alameda a place you’re proud to call home.
New Cedar Fencing Going in This Week
Next up, get ready for a whole new look at the front of the park! This week, we’re installing a brand-new section of fencing that will completely refresh the face of Alameda. Beautiful, modern cedar fencing is going in along the front entrance, running from behind the mailbox all the way through to the front entrance of the park.
This is one of the biggest curb-appeal upgrades we’ve taken on yet, and we can’t wait for residents and visitors alike to see the new entrance once it’s complete.

These upgrades are part of our ongoing effort to elevate the look, feel, and comfort of the Alameda community for all our residents, mobile home and RV alike. We still have more improvements in the works, including the laundry building exterior makeover we mentioned last time, so stay tuned for future updates!
