Exciting News: Upgrades & Enhancements Coming Soon to Alameda!

More Park Upgrades Coming Soon!

If you’ve been walking around the park lately, you’ve probably noticed a few changes already underway. A few months ago, we installed brand-new privacy fencing between many of our RV units to give folks a bit more of their own space to relax. We also installed a fresh, new sign.

That was just the beginning!

We’ve been busy reviewing bids for several new projects as part of our ongoing goal to elevate the look, feel, and comfort of the Alameda community for all our residents. Here is a sneak peek at what’s right around the corner:

1. Fresh Driveway Gravel for the Mobile Home Side

First up, we are giving the driveways on the mobile home side a major facelift! We’ll be bringing in fresh gravel and leveling it out for each lot.

Not only will this make parking easier and smoother, but it will also go a long way in tackling pesky weeds and reducing dust and dirt during drier months.

2. Exterior Makeover for the Laundry Building

Our ultimate dream is a full, top-to-bottom revitalization of the laundry facility—inside and out! To kick things off, we are focusing on giving the exterior the love it deserves.

Here’s what’s in store for the laundry building:

• A Custom Awning: We’re tearing down the tired, old awning and replacing it with a beautiful, custom-built structure.
• New Trim Work: Fresh, clean trim to give the building a modern, polished look.
• Seamless Gutter System: We’ll be removing the old gutters and installing a high-quality, seamless gutter system across the entire building—a huge help for keeping everyone dry on rainy days!
• A Fresh Coat of Paint: Finishing it all off with vibrant new paint to completely transform the building’s curb appeal.
