Rates & Move-In Info
- Standard Monthly Rate: Sites start at $550 to $650 per month, depending on the space. Application approval and a security deposit are required prior to move-in.
- Space Limits: Rates are based on up to 4 occupants, 1 RV, 1 vehicle, and up to 2 pets.
Amenities
- Full Hook-Ups & Utilities: All sites offer full hook-ups. Water service is included in your monthly rent. (Note: Residents are responsible for their own sewer, trash, and electric services).
- Electrical Service: 30 amp service, though most of our sites feature upgraded 50-AMP electrical hookups.
- Storage: Most long-term RV sites include a private 4’x6′ storage shed included with your monthly site fee.
- On-Site Facilities: Enjoy full access to our clean, coin-operated laundry room, well-maintained restrooms, and hot showers.
- Paved Roads: Features well-maintained asphalt streets that keep your home and vehicles cleaner through the seasons.
Quick FAQs
- Do you allow pets? We are a proud pet-friendly community and allow up to 2 pets per site with prior approval. Dogs must be under 40 lbs and non-aggressive breeds. Pets must be leashed when outdoors (including outdoor cats).
- What is the speed limit? For everyone’s safety, the park speed limit is strictly 10 MPH.
- What about early departures? There are no refunds for early departures. A 30-day notice is required to exit your agreement.
